In the CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) process, we assign quality controllers based on language proficiency to ensure accurate monitoring and data validation. These controllers review interviews, listen to call recordings, and conduct back-checks in the respondent’s language. Their language skills help them identify any issues in communication or data accuracy, ensuring high-quality and reliable results across all language groups.
