We offer In-Depth Interviews (IDIs) to help you understand people’s thoughts, feelings, and experiences on a deeper level. These are one-on-one conversations where our trained interviewer asks open-ended questions to get detailed and honest insights. This is great for learning more about customer needs, opinions, or decision-making.

Dyad Services
Our Dyad service includes two people interviewed together. This is helpful when the relationship between the two people matters—like a parent and child, or two coworkers. It allows us to see how they share ideas, agree, or influence each other.

Triad Services
With our Triad service, three people take part in the interview at the same time. This creates a small group conversation that brings out different views and encourages discussion, while still keeping the session focused and manageable.

  • Discussion Guide Duration: Typically 45–60 minutes (Customizable)
  • Sample Size:
    • IDI: Minimum 10–15 participants
    • Dyad: 4–6 groups (8–12 participants)
    • Triad: 3–5 groups (9–15 participants)
  • Size of Group: Dyad: 2 participants | Triad: 3 participants
  • Incentive Type: Monetary or Voucher-based (customized per respondent profile)
  • Sample Distribution (Locations): Urban, Rural — based on study requirement
  • Respondent Profile: Consumers, professionals, experts, or other target groups
  • Mode of Study: Online (Zoom/Meet) or Offline (venue/in-field)
  • Audio Recording: Included (with consent)
  • Videography: Available for both online and offline (pre-approved)
